I work with a variety of printing process including my 1926 Chandler & Price letterpress a great digital print system and my newest addition a wonderful print gocco.
PERSONALIZED & CUSTOM ITEMS: Most items can be personalized so if you would like a different color or a special saying contact me and I will make it happen. Jane hancock papers offers custom design services, I am a degreed graphic designer with over six years experience. We can work together and create special invitations, announcements or writing sets. I also love working with business to create logo, letterhead and more.
MY PROMISE: All of my items are created in-house I design, print and package all items unless otherwise noted. Each item goes through a quality control inspection to make sure it arrives at your door looking great. However please note with letterpress and gocco printing there can be slight variations from print to print due to the nature of the process
SHIPPING: All items are shipped via first-class mail with a tracking number. The buyer will receive the shipping info by email when item ships. Most orders ship within 48 hours. Currently Jane hancock papers only ships items within the United States. Each item goes through a quality control inspection to make sure it arrives at your door looking great. RETURNS&REFUNDS: If for some reason you receive an item that you are not happy with please contact me with in 7 days of receipt for a full refund minus any shipping. No refunds will be given for personalized and custom orders.
